Licensed Practical Nurse

At Age Care Walden Heights, provide person-centered care as a Licensed Practical Nurse using clinical assessments and medication administration in Calgary.
Age Care seeks an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse reporting to the Director of Care. You will support seniors through accurate care plans, documentation, resident care, and treatment administration. The role requires collaboration within an inter-professional team and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Apply person-centered care within the inter-professional team
Complete accurate resident assessments and care plans
Evaluate care plans and communicate required changes
Coordinate care conferences and participate where applicable
Provide resident care, medications, and treatments
Requirements:
Practical Nurse Diploma
Current provincial registration in good standing
Three or more years’ seniors’ health experience
Current CPR training
Computer proficiency and Microsoft Office experience
Bring clinical documentation, medication administration, and person-centered nursing skills to Age Care residents at Walden Heights in Calgary.
