Licensed Practical Nurse AgeCare Dawson

Provide person-centered nursing care at Age Care Dawson in Chestermere as a Licensed Practical Nurse with clinical assessment expertise. This regular part-time role is 0.40 FTE.

Reporting to the Director of Care, the experienced LPN provides planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed care. You will support clinical assessments, care plans, documentation, medication administration, and treatment administration. The role also involves interdisciplinary teamwork, resident transitions, and care conferences.

• Deliver direct resident care using a person-centered approach
• Complete clinical assessments, care plans, and documentation
• Evaluate care effectiveness and update plans as required
• Administer medications and treatments according to standards
• Facilitate resident moves, transfers, and care conferences

• Practical Nurse Diploma
• Current provincial registration and membership in good standing
• Three or more years of seniors' health experience
• Current CPR training
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
