This casual, part-time lead role supports operational excellence for home and integrated care services. You will provide clinical guidance, internal customer service, documentation oversight, and funder communication. The position supports high-quality service delivery for clients at home and in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical guidance and support to frontline team members
Maintain timely communication with funders about client changes
Document client updates according to organizational and funder guidelines
Collaborate with supervisors and managers for seamless operations
Identify service improvements and support effective operational changes
Requirements:
Graduate from a recognized nursing program
Current active provincial nursing license in good standing
Clear criminal record check
Fluent English verbal, reading, and written communication skills
Strong computer literacy and problem-solving abilities
Bring nursing leadership, documentation accuracy, and stakeholder communication to CBI Home Health's Calgary clinical operations team.
