Support seniors’ health at Age Care Walden Heights in Calgary as a regular full-time Licensed Practical Nurse. Apply leadership, coaching, and clinical care skills.
Reporting to the Director of Care, this LPN delivers planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care. You will collaborate within an inter-professional team, maintain current assessments and plans, and communicate changes. Care follows provincial standards, Resident Care requirements, and Age Care policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate within the inter-professional team
- Maintain current assessments, plans, and clinical documentation
- Communicate resident care changes as required
- Schedule and participate in resident care conferences
- Evaluate care plan effectiveness and adjust accordingly
- Practical Nurse Diploma
- Current registration in the applicable province
- Membership in good standing
- Three or more years supporting seniors’ health
- Leadership, coaching, and mentorship skills
Use your seniors’ health experience, leadership, and care planning expertise to support Age Care residents and families with dignity.
