- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Make decisions within demonstrated skill level
- Reflect the organization’s shared vision and values
- Complete an accredited practical nurse education program
- Hold or qualify for CLHA practice registration
- Maintain current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Work in Canada for the employment duration
- Relocate or secure residence in Hanna
