Location: Strathmore
Wheatland Housing Management Body is accepting applications to fill a "Summer Student – Ground Maintenance Worker" position for this upcoming season. The successful applicant will work 35 hours per week – Tuesday through Friday. This position will begin the first week of May and will continue through the end of August 2026. Applicants must be returning to post secondary school in the fall of 2026 to be eligible to apply.
A current criminal record check is required for employment for this position.
- Lawn / Garden Maintenance
- Operation of ride on equipment
- Painting
- Window cleaning / General outdoor maintenance
- Other duties as required
- Relevant previous work experience is an asset.
- Applicants must hold a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record. (Current driver's abstract will be required at time of hire.)
- A current criminal record check will be required for employment.
