Erosion Control Central is looking for an experienced Landscaping Lead in Calgary to manage landscape construction projects. This leadership position focuses on quality workmanship and effective crew management.
In this role, you will bring at least two years of landscape construction experience, particularly in sod installation and overseeing project logistics. Your ability to operate mini skid steers and lead your crew will ensure successful project outcomes, while your communication skills will strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise landscaping crews on various projects
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality expectations
• Operate landscaping equipment during work tasks
• Work closely with management and clients on site
• Maintain safety and organization at job sites
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in landscape construction
• Proficient in sod and shrub installation
• Experience operating mini skid steers
• Strong ability to read site plans and grades
• Proven leadership and effective communication skills
