Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome clients and pets to the facility
• Answer and manage a multiline phone system
• Schedule and track client appointments efficiently
• Process payments and create estimates
• Maintain cleanliness in reception and waiting areas
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• Enthusiasm to learn about veterinary practices
• Strong communication skills are required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Love for animals is a must
