Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking full time employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work. Our Company does Landscaping, Snow Removal, Pressure Washing Parkades, Gravel Sweeping, Window Cleaning, and a variety of other Property Maintenance tasks. You will be expected to do physical labor, utilizing power and hand tools, operating equipment, and working collaboratively with other team members.

• Performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, operating equipment.
• Assist in the installation of new landscapes, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring proper soil preparation and plant health.
• Operate various power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Pressure Washing Parkades
• Snow Removal
• Operating a plow truck
• Operating a skid steer
• Driving a truck and trailer
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is required.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus, particularly in the operation of power tools and equipment.
• Previous experience operating a skid steer in the summer and for winter snow removal.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Supervising seasonal employees.

Job Types: Full‑time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
