Position: Hands-On Landscaping Lead Role
Take pride in your work as a Landscaping Lead at Erosion Control Central (ECC) in Calgary. This role focuses on quality landscape construction and effective crew leadership.

We are seeking a Landscaping Lead with a minimum of two years’ experience in landscape construction, preferably at a lead hand level. This hands-on leadership position requires directing a crew in tasks such as sod installation and tree planting, while managing logistics and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a crew on diverse residential landscape projects

• Ensure projects meet deadlines and quality benchmarks

• Conduct hands-on work while operating necessary equipment

• Communicate effectively with management and clients

• Keep job sites organized and safety compliant

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of landscape construction experience

• Strong knowledge of landscape practices and techniques

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Experience with mini skid steers is highly desirable

• Ability to read job plans and oversee project logistics
