Seasonal Vegetation Management Technician

Join Spectrum Resource Group as an Integrated Vegetation Management Technician. This full-time seasonal role involves assessing sites, applying herbicides, and operating specialized equipment.

As part of the seasonal team at Spectrum Resource Group, you will conduct vegetation assessments, comply with safety standards, and ensure effective vegetation control across diverse regions. Your ability to manage spray applications and equipment maintenance is essential to success in this environmentally focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site and weather assessments for vegetation control

• Apply herbicides according to regulations and schedules

• Operate and maintain specialized vegetation equipment

• Coordinate with site representatives for project execution

• Monitor treatment effectiveness and complete follow-up work

Requirements:

• Certificate in Natural Resources or related field (asset)

• 1 year of vegetation management experience (preferred)

• Pesticide Applicator Certification (provincial)

• Ability to work in various weather conditions

• Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract
