Fairmont Banff Springs seeks an energetic Adventure & Experiences Guide to enhance our guiding program until January 2027. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about customer service, outdoor recreation, and making lasting memories for guests. You will be responsible for guiding outdoor adventures, ensuring smooth experiences, and maintaining safety protocols while adhering to Parks Canada regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead guided wilderness and bike tours
• Share Canadian Rockies history enthusiastically
• Contact guests pre-arrival for smooth experience planning
• Manage bookings and sales for guided experiences
• Ensure safe, memorable experiences for each guest
Requirements:
• Standard First Aid & CPR C certification
• Class 4 Drivers License with clean record
• Minimum one-year guiding experience
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Physically fit to handle outdoor activities
