In this role, you will supervise the daily compounding activities, providing essential technical leadership to your staff. A minimum of 5 years of experience in either a veterinary clinic or pharmacy, coupled with 2 years in a leadership capacity, is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations for veterinary compounding
• Implement corrective actions for compounding deviations
• Mentor and train compounding staff for competency
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines
• Support inventory management and workflow scheduling
Requirements:
• RVT or Pharmacy Tech Designation essential
• 5 years of experience in veterinary settings
• 2 years of leadership experience required
• High proficiency in English communication
• Compliance with provincial registration standards
