Join a small, dedicated farm near Midale as a Farm Crew Member. Enjoy the outdoors while learning and tackling various responsibilities throughout the year.
We are seeking a Farm Crew Member who is ready to commit long-term and handle a range of tasks on our farm, located 15 miles north of Midale. This position offers the unique chance to learn everything from machinery operation to general maintenance. Flexibility is key, with options to bank time during harvest and take winter breaks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Quad Trak and assist with harvest
• Perform lawn care and weed management duties
• Contribute to the maintenance and repair of equipment
• Complete diverse agricultural tasks as required
• Manage independent work while on the farm
Requirements:
• Open to learning and developing new skills
• 1A license is a strong asset
• Local residency and legal work eligibility required
• Must have reliable transportation to the farm
• Enjoy the outdoors and physical work
