As a Team Lead Park Maintenance at the Calgary Exhibition & Stampede, you will assist the Park Maintenance Supervisor in high-standard groundskeeping. Ideal candidates have a passion for landscaping, with skills in horticulture and customer service, while thriving in a dynamic, busy environment. You will also support in training new employees and manage daily operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain green spaces, gardens, and planters

• Operate groundskeeping equipment and keep timesheets

• Adhere to safety and environmental policies

• Mentor staff and assist in performance management

• Complete administrative duties for audits and inspections

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver's license with 1 year experience

• Horticulture or landscaping certification required

• 2 years of groundskeeping and supervisory experience

• Proficiency in landscape plant identification

• WHMIS Certification and CSA approved boots
