Position: Consulting Wildlife Biologist at ERM
Join ERM as a Consulting Senior Associate, Wildlife Biologist, and engage in meaningful conservation work across Canada's mining and energy projects. This full-time role combines biological expertise with community collaboration for sustainability.

As an early-career wildlife biologist at ERM, you'll play a crucial role in illuminating the path for responsible resource development while promoting biodiversity preservation. This fixed-term position calls for participation in wildlife field programs and providing high-quality assessments. You'll also work closely with Indigenous groups and project teams to ensure compliance and effective environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct wildlife field programs across various regions

• Contribute to Environmental Impact Statements and management plans

• Support technical data reporting for compliance

• Assist in literature reviews for wildlife mitigations

• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and ERM experts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Biological Sciences

• Minimum of 1 year in wildlife biology or consulting

• Knowledge of environmental regulations

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Valid driver’s license required for fieldwork travel
