The Wilder Institute's Calgary Zoo seeks permanent full-time Animal Care Technicians to care for assigned animals, monitor welfare, maintain exhibits, and support conservation initiatives. The role includes tracking health, reporting, and contributing to training, enrichment, and education programs for staff and volunteers.
Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Zoology or related field, at least 2 years of zoo experience, and a valid Alberta driver’s license.
