You will lead a dedicated grounds team, assigning daily tasks and managing special projects, from seasonal decorations to snow removal. The position emphasizes labor-intensive tasks, equipment operation, and colleague training for optimum performance and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, engaging service to guests

• Maintain a clean and safe hotel exterior

• Plan daily tasks and oversee colleague duties

• Lead seasonal gardening and maintenance projects

• Train and mentor team members on equipment and procedures

Requirements:

• Class 5 Driver’s License and good standing abstract

• Landscaping and snow removal experience required

• Experience operating large vehicles and machinery

• Previous leadership experience preferred

• Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
