Fairmont Banff Springs is on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support their Adventure & Experiences initiatives.

Your role will involve interacting with children and families, hosting activities that create lasting memories in the stunning Banff setting. A mix of creativity and safety awareness is critical in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct activities for youth and families in various settings

• Prepare spaces and equipment for scheduled programs

• Supervise children and maintain a secure environment

• Contribute fresh ideas to improve program offerings

• Facilitate daily operations of the Adventure Centre

Requirements:

• Must hold Standard First Aid with CPR “C” or higher

• Two years of relevant experience in recreation with families

• Ability to engage children through games and crafts

• Graduate or ongoing studies in related educational disciplines

• Must be fit for physical activities in various weather
