In this key role, you'll ensure guests experience a superb first impression with immaculate outdoor spaces. You'll be responsible for daily operations pertaining to the hotel's grounds, project planning, and team management, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety. Your leadership skills will be vital for training colleagues and executing various seasonal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the hotel grounds are pristine and safe

• Engage in labor-intensive maintenance tasks daily

• Supervise and assign tasks to grounds team members

• Execute seasonal decorations and maintenance programs

• Mentor team in the use of tools and processes

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Experience in landscaping and snow removal

• Proficient in operating large vehicles and machinery

• Previous leadership experience is advantageous

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
