Position: Tropical Plant Care Coordinator at Heeman's
Become a Daymaker at Heeman's as the Tropical Plant Storage Coordinator, where you will nurture and care for customer plants in our greenhouse during winter. This full-time role emphasizes plant care, customer service, and teamwork.

In this position, you will be integral to our greenhouse team, responsible for the care of tropical plants and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your main tasks will include pruning, watering, and organizing plants in storage while assisting with production and maintenance. This role is perfect for someone passionate about horticulture and committed to providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prune, water, and repot client plants in storage

• Provide support for customer inquiries on tropical plants

• Clean and disinfect greenhouses between crops

• Organize plants for optimal growth in storage

• Actively participate in production and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Horticulture or greenhouse experience is required

• Must obtain a Grower Pesticide License within two weeks

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings
