Position: Organic Farming Labourer Role

As a Farm Labourer, you will engage in various tasks such as animal health monitoring, calving assistance, and farm maintenance duties. Your reliability and flexibility will be essential as you work independently and as part of a team to uphold farm safety measures and manage feed inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and mark animals for ownership documentation

• Feed and care for livestock in varying conditions

• Maintain a clean environment for animals

• Operate farm machinery as required

• Keep accurate work records and logs

Requirements:

• Previous experience in livestock management is preferred

• Physically demanding work environment

• Flexibility for shift and on-call work

• Comfort with outdoor work in all conditions
