Join Our Veterinary Team!
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Veterinary Assistant & Receptionist to join our team. This is a hands‑on, client‑focused position ideal for someone who enjoys working with both animals and people in a fast‑paced veterinary environment.
ScheduleFriday through Monday
This is a regular 4-day-per-week position. Some flexibility with hours may be required based on clinic needs.
As a Veterinary Assistant & Receptionist, you will help ensure our patients, clients, and veterinary team receive excellent care and support.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and responding to client inquiries
- Checking patients in and out and processing payments
- Maintaining accurate client and patient records
- Assisting veterinarians and technologists with appointments and procedures
- Handling, restraining, and caring for dogs and cats safely
- Preparing exam rooms and maintaining a clean, organized clinic
- Cleaning and disinfecting equipment and treatment areas
- Assisting with laboratory samples, medications, and other clinical tasks as directed
- Providing compassionate patient care and monitoring hospitalized or recovering animals
- Communicating clearly with clients regarding basic instructions and follow‑up care
- Supporting the team wherever needed to keep the clinic running smoothly
Veterinary Assistant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.

Pay: $16.00-$21.00 per hour
