Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with guests through exceptional outdoor service
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the hotel grounds
• Oversee daily planning and team task assignments
• Manage landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal projects
• Mentor and train colleagues on procedures and tools
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License in good standing
• Experience in landscaping and snow operations
• Proficient in handling large vehicles and equipment
• Previous leadership experience is a plus
• Capable of manual labor up to 70 lbs
Experience fulfilling grounds management while surrounded by the stunning landscapes of Banff.
