Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the boarding and daycare teams on assigned shifts
• Ensure all pets are cared for with love and safety
• Supervise playtime and manage behaviors effectively
• Oversee daily feeding, medication, and enrichment schedules
• Support onboarding and training for new team members
Requirements:
• 1–2+ years of experience in pet care settings
• Strong leadership or supervisory skills preferred
• Good understanding of dog behavior and safety protocols
• Must be able to communicate effectively with a team
• Physically able to handle lifting and active tasks during shifts
