As a Grounds Person, you will support the crew with essential groundwork for trimming operations while ensuring safety at work sites. The role includes chainsaw operation, cleanup, and equipment maintenance, providing a great opportunity for those new to the tree industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide groundwork support for trimming operations

• Operate chainsaw and load brush into chipper

• Assist in job site setup, debris removal, and equipment maintenance

• Follow industry safety policies and procedures

• Rake and blow leaves at job sites

Requirements:

• Valid provincial driver’s license

• Willingness to work towards arborist certification

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs

• Previous landscape experience considered a plus

• Team player willing to learn and grow
