Arboriculture Crew Leader

Position: Arboriculture Crew Leader Role
Lead your team as an Arborist Crew Leader with Davey Tree Expert Co. in Calgary! Oversee safe and efficient arboricultural care while providing excellent client service.

In this on-site role, you will lead a skilled crew, mentoring team members while ensuring exceptional service across job sites. Your leadership will be key in supervising operations and executing tasks accurately to meet client expectations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead crew in performing arboricultural services efficiently

• Supervise and direct equipment operations as needed

• Ensure safe maintenance of tools and equipment

• Execute tree pruning, removal, and inspections

• Communicate effectively with customers about service

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience as an Arborist

• ISA certification or enrolled in an arboriculture program

• Valid driver’s license with 5-ton vehicle capability

• Strong identification skills for trees, knots, and shrubs

• Capability to lift 50 lbs safely during work
