Job Overview  Eisses Windows is hiring reliable, hard-working Technicians and Crew Leads to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, outdoor role delivering high-quality residential and commercial services while representing a well-established, professional company.
You work with a crew, follow clear systems, and are expected to produce consistent, top-tier results. Training is provided prior experience is helpful but not required.
$20-$38/hour including performance bonuses and tips
Paid training
Consistent seasonal hours (typically 45-50+ hours/week)

What You’ll Be Doing  Residential and commercial window cleaning (interior & exterior)
Gutter cleaning and pressure washing
Working safely on ladders and at heights
Interacting professionally with homeowners and clients
Following checklists, safety procedures, and quality standards
You Are  Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
Reliable, punctual, and physically capable
Detail-oriented and take pride in quality work
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
Requirements  40+ hours/week availability during September-November
Valid driver’s license (preferred)
High school education or equivalent
No prior window cleaning experience required
