Junior HSE Advisor at Steelhaus

In this role, you will support multiple facilities in minimizing risks and fostering health and safety initiatives. Your responsibilities include conducting hazard assessments, providing guidance to team members, and leading inspections. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop hazard assessments and job practices

• Lead safety inspections and team collaborations

• Promote reporting of safety indicators

• Coach employees on safe work procedures

• Conduct orientation for new personnel

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of health and safety experience

• OHS certification preferred

• Knowledge of Alberta OHS legislation

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
