As an HS&E Advisor with Ledcor, you will implement vital health and safety programs across telecommunications projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will conduct inspections, maintain safety documentation, and provide essential training and mentoring to staff.
Your role is pivotal in building relationships that foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect work areas and provide safety guidance
• Develop and maintain health and safety documentation
• Train employees on HS&E standards and practices
• Collaborate on hazard assessments and safety audits
• Support incident investigations with corrective action plans
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant safety experience
• Diploma in occupational health and safety preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment techniques
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Valid provincial driver's license required
Lead health and safety initiatives in telecommunications projects, driving improvement and compliance with Ledcor.
