As an HSE Advisor at Modine, based in Racine, Wisconsin, you will contribute to a safer manufacturing environment.
Your role involves delivering safety training, managing worker compensation claims, and helping maintain compliance with health and safety standards. The focus is on driving a robust safety culture across operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safety orientations and keep training materials current
• Facilitate safety meetings and provide refresher training
• Investigate workplace incidents and recommend improvements
• Mentor workers on completing hazard assessments
• Assist in maintaining HSMS documentation and compliance
Requirements:
• Diploma in occupational health and safety or similar field
• Over 8 years of experience in manufacturing safety
• Proven experience in WCB claims management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to obtain Standard First Aid certification if needed
