The Quality Assistant ensures products and processes documentation meet established standards and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation of quality data, identifying and reporting quality issues to management. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and computer proficiency (like Excel and Outlook) are essential qualifications for this role.

• Organizes and compiles inspection reports, certifications, and other quality documents.
• Maintains and updates logs, daily inspection forms, and other related records.
• Compiles data from various sources and prepares periodic reports.
• Manages and enhances data quality.

• High School Diploma or equivalent or 2 years on the job experience at a position equal to that of a Quality Clerk / Quality Assistant
• Work experience in the field of Quality Control preferably in manufacturing environment
• Skilled in MS Windows and Office
• Good communication (written and spoken), mathematical and computer skills
