Position Summary
Echo NDE is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockwood Service Corporation and provides full service non‑destructive testing, inspection, and integrity services throughout North America. Position Details:

We are currently seeking a Certified UT/MT Technician to support our Western Canada Operations. This is a full‑time position based out of Calgary, with travel to and from multiple worksites throughout Western Canada.

Responsibilities

Set up and calibrate testing equipment.

Conduct tests on parts, following procedures established for specified inspection tasks.

Evaluate results according to specifications and standards.

Assist with various other inspection tasks.

Organize and report test results.

Adhere to all company quality and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements

CGSB Ultrasonic Testing (UTI or UTII) / Magnetic Particle Testing (MTII).

Preference for tank inspection experience.

Possess good analytical skills, detail oriented.

Be able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally (English).

Be able to pass a vision and color detection test.

Willing to learn and assist in various inspection techniques.

Possess a valid driver’s license minimum (class
5) with a clean driving record.

Able to work well within a team environment.

Able to lift 50 pounds.

Able to work long hours and weekends away from home base.

Willingness to travel throughout Canada to complete inspection projects.
