You’ll work closely with the CH146 Records Control Office to ensure the correctness of aircraft maintenance records. Responsibilities include verification of Component Data Records, amendment of inaccuracies, and managing statistical reporting on data. Additionally, you’ll aid in continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and amend inaccuracies in CDRs
• Assist in historical data verification for airworthiness
• Manage reporting on data discrepancies
• Participate in quality system audits and training
• Engage with units and contractors for clarification needs
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in an Aircraft Maintenance Organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office 365
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively
Strengthen the quality of aviation records and support operational excellence in aircraft maintenance through precise data coordination.
