This role focuses on maintaining adherence to food safety protocols while conducting essential analyses on all production materials. Collaborating closely with various teams, you'll utilize your expertise to troubleshoot quality issues and contribute to operational improvements. Responsibilities will also include documentation of test results and ensuring equipment cleanliness to uphold laboratory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Evaluate product specifications and compliance
• Conduct routine audits on finished products
• Support production by managing quality parameters
• Assist in completing quality reports and documentation
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Food Science or related field
• Understanding of quality systems like GMP and SQF
• Experience with quality assurance tools (Excel, SAP)
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
