Quality Coordinator at Alberta Precision Laboratories

As a Quality Coordinator, you will report to the Quality Lead, working independently to implement provincial quality programs. Your expertise in Quality Management Systems will guide APL’s operational areas in achieving accreditation standards. With three years of clinical laboratory experience, you will actively participate in driving process improvements alongside a number of diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate APL's Quality Management System processes
• Support accreditation and legislative compliance initiatives
• Develop and maintain quality procedures and documentation
• Assist in standardization activities across departments
• Engage with stakeholders to assess and improve quality initiatives
Requirements:
• Completion of accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program
• Active or eligible registration with CMLTA
• Minimum three years in a clinical lab setting
• Experience with Quality Management System activities
• Two years with Microsoft 365 suite applications
