Position: Lead Quality Assurance Supervisor Role
Join AgMedica as a Lead Quality Assurance Supervisor, focusing on compliance and quality in cannabis manufacturing. Leverage your GMP and regulatory knowledge to promote safety and product quality.

In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Director of Quality and Compliance. Your responsibilities will include developing quality systems, conducting audits, and managing risk effectively. You will also navigate the complexities of the Cannabis Act, ensuring adherence to best practices across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality control programs

• Conduct quality compliance audits and risk assessments

• Coordinate QA/QC activities within the team

• Develop standard operating procedures and document management

• Mentor team members to uphold quality excellence

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in QA within a GMP environment

• Extensive understanding of regulatory guidelines

• Strong IT and documentation skills

• Experience with Licensed Producers is advantageous

• Health Canada clearance is preferable
