This Assurance Specialist position located in Calgary reports to the Manager within the Safety Department. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of the Assurance Program across varying operational scopes, including Emergency Management and Asset Integrity. Collaborate closely with stakeholders as you lead audits and develop assurance standards to maintain Pembina’s commitment to safety and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape the assurance maturity journey with standards and processes

• Lead and coordinate assurance activities and audits

• Manage assurance budgets and resource allocations

• Communicate trends and findings to stakeholders

• Collaborate to identify risk-based improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• 10+ years of coordinating assurance and audit activities

• Experience in regulatory environments such as OSHA and CER

• Extensive knowledge of management systems assurance

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
