Infrastructure Quality Inspector

Position: Infrastructure Quality Inspector Role
Help shape Calgary’s landscape with Aecon as an Infrastructure Quality Inspector. Focus on ensuring compliance with quality standards as you support vital civil projects in the region.

This role demands a minimum of 3 years in construction inspection, working directly on major highway and bridge projects. You'll provide critical inspections, optimize quality systems according to ISO standards, and collaborate with team members for improved processes and safety protocols. Your proactive approach will help maintain the highest levels of construction quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee quality inspections on roadways, walls, and bridges

• Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards

• Document quality issues and resolve in a timely manner

• Enhance safety protocols in construction activities

• Review and maintain quality documentation and communications

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant inspection experience

• Certification as Internal or Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015

• Strong understanding of construction quality standards

• Excellent communication abilities

• Clean driver’s license required
