As a vital member of the Quality team, you manage daily quality control tasks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You collaborate with manufacturing facilities and keep comprehensive documentation while engaging in continuous learning about our products. This role requires a keen focus on detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Monitor Order Management system for delayed inputs
Attend and document meetings with manufacturing teams
Support quality control documentation processes
Oversee corrective and preventive actions reporting
Coordinate claims and customer concern resolutions
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or ISO 22000 practices
Experience in quality management systems
Robust English language skills, other languages a plus
Minimum of 3 years in a quality focused role
