As part of Aecon’s initiative to enhance civil infrastructure, you'll oversee the quality management process, including the Project Specific Quality Management Plan (QMP). This role demands a minimum of 10 years in quality, with a strong focus on auditing and compliance, particularly with clients in transportation. Your leadership will ensure a consistent quality approach across large-scale projects and between collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the Quality Management Plan

• Schedule and perform quality audits as required

• Ensure quality inspections are conducted accurately

• Act as the representative for quality issues

• Implement corrective actions for non-compliance

Requirements:

• 10 years’ experience in quality management

• Proven track record in civil infrastructure

• Familiarity with ISO standards

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage teams effectively
