Position: Project Quality Manager at Kiewit

Kiewit is seeking a skilled Project Quality Manager to lead quality assurance efforts in its Western Canada District, focusing on transportation, water, and industrial sectors. This role requires a strong background in quality management, regulatory compliance, and team collaboration to meet Kiewit’s highest standards. You will travel frequently to oversee major projects and train field staff in quality best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Management Plans

• Conduct quality audits and inspections for compliance

• Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders consistently

• Maintain and report on quality metrics and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering field

• Minimum 5 years in construction quality management

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and CSA standards

• Proven leadership and communication skills

• Willingness to travel across Western Canada
