Quality Assurance Technician at Refresco

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will report directly to the Supervisor Quality Assurance. The position requires you to oversee quality operations including implementing and monitoring sanitation and batching systems. You will work collaboratively with other departments to enhance product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor health and safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices

• Conduct analysis on raw and intermediate processing materials

• Maintain accurate records of tests and lab results

• Support production line startup and flavor changes

• Perform audits on finished products for quality assurance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Food Science or related fields

• Knowledge of quality systems like GMP, HACCP, SQF

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, SAP, and Power Point

• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities

• Detail-oriented with organizational skills
