Senior QA Analyst - Identity Services

Be part of West Jet’s Identity and Profile Services team as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. This in-person role focuses on advancing quality assurance through test planning and defect management.

As a key leader in QA, you will conduct manual and automated testing, driving improvements through strategic automation initiatives. Your experience will support project health and streamline communications with various stakeholders, enabling efficient collaboration and superior quality control.

Your role will also include mentoring peers and enhancing team cohesion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and execution of test strategies

• Conduct functional and integration testing across systems

• Manage and prioritize defects for resolution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for testing results

• Share knowledge and best practices with peers

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of backend software testing experience

• 1–2 years with identity and access management

• Skilled in documentation and process improvement

• Proficient with testing tools like Robot Framework

• Strong communication and analytical skills
