This full-time, onsite position suits candidates with experience as ceramists, porcelain technicians, or QC specialists. You will play a crucial role in inspecting various restorations and ensuring they meet rigorous lab standards and doctor expectations. Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect porcelain and Crown & Bridge restorations thoroughly
• Review cases for fit, aesthetics, and quality
• Identify and communicate corrections to production staff
• Collaborate with team members on case flow
• Ensure all work meets internal and external standards
Requirements:
• Experience with porcelain and ceramics in dental labs
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, margins, and aesthetics
• Detail-oriented and reliable in daily tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with QC processes is an asset
