As the Director of Quality Engineering, you will lead the quality strategy and manage a team that focuses on delivering high-quality products on the Ziing.ai platform. This role emphasizes the use of modern quality engineering practices to enhance automation while maintaining essential manual testing approaches. Collaborate with various departments to create a culture of quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the QA strategy for Ziing.ai’s quality initiatives

• Oversee the development and implementation of a QA roadmap

• Define automated testing and release governance standards

• Move QA practices upstream in the development lifecycle

• Develop criteria for release readiness and quality assessments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 10+ years in Quality Engineering or related fields

• 5+ years in a leadership position

• Proficiency in Appium and performance testing

• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
