Position: Senior Quality Manager at SLB New Energy
Lead the quality assurance efforts at SLB New Energy & Industrial as a Senior Quality Manager. Focus on maintaining high standards in data center projects through effective inspections and continuous improvement processes.

In this crucial role, you will oversee the implementation of quality plans, conduct rigorous site inspections, and mentor the quality team to uphold strong QA/QC protocols. Drawing on 15-20 years of experience managing quality in industrial projects, you will interface with contractors and clients to ensure compliance and rectify nonconformance issues. Familiarity with data centers or similar critical facilities is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement quality plans and inspection test plans

• Conduct daily audits and quality inspections

• Review and approve quality documentation and reports

• Monitor compliance with established standards and design

• Manage all aspects of nonconformance and corrective actions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or quality management

• 15-20 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of applicable QA/QC principles

• Proven leadership in a multi-disciplinary context

• ISO
9001:2015 certification is an advantage
