Intermediate QHSE Coordinator Strathmore

Elevate safety standards as the QHSE Coordinator with Magnum in Strathmore, AB. This role involves leading safety initiatives, compliance monitoring, and support for operational effectiveness.

As an intermediate QHSE Coordinator, you'll oversee safety legislation compliance and assist in training development. Your proven experience will enable you to implement and review protective measures to enhance employee wellbeing. This position requires both field visits and collaboration with the QHSE team to minimize occupational risks and operational losses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare safety documentation and compliance records

• Support incident investigations and response activities

• Assist in developing internal health and safety training

• Monitor Magnum’s QHSE Program and indicators

• Conduct workplace inspections and recommend improvements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum QHSO or NCSO safety designations

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation

• Willingness to travel and work overtime

• Experience with safety training and audits
