Responsibilities Support inspection and testing activities in accordance with established quality procedures.
Collect, organize, and analyze quality data to support reporting and improvement efforts.
Track calibration and document control processes.
Review quality records and documentation (inspection reports, SOPs, work instructions).
Assist with inspection and testing of materials, components, or finished products according to established procedures.
Facilitate quality validation studies.
Prepare QC samples and arrange shipment of samples to external and internal laboratories.
Organize and maintain laboratory materials, supplies, and work areas.
Act as the liaison between QC staff and office leadership.
Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Must be enrolled in a post-secondary program (Quality, Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or related field).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of quality principles (e.g., inspection, root cause, continuous improvement) is an asset.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Skills & Competencies Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.

Schedule and Compensation
Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday; 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m., or 10 p.m. – 6:30 a.m.; shift may vary from 8 to 10 hours per day. Must be flexible.
Hourly rate: $32.69.
