Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines

• Define factory test requirements for New Product Introduction projects

• Document and implement factory test procedures in the CoolIT MES

• Lead investigations for yield escapes and customer returns

• Establish and maintain statistical process control frameworks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field

• Minimum of 3 years in industrial or lab testing environment

• Experience with high power and electrical panel testing

• Proficiency in Python and statistical methods

• Strong analytical and communication skills
